Package Information

Important – deposits and final payments for all the Camino dates need to be made at least 6 weeks (42 days) prior to departure.
We only accept EFT payments.

Booking Policy

A 50% deposit is required (R4,250.00) Upon receiving of your deposit, we will provide you with a booking confirmation. Your deposit will be treated as part payment of the total amount due.
The balance of your total amount due must reach us 6 weeks (42 days) before your Camino starting date. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in an automatic cancellation of your booking.
Where bookings are made less than 6 weeks before the start of a preferred Camino date, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Upon receiving of your deposit, we will send you the following:
Confirmation Invoice of your booking and outstanding balance.
Upon receiving of your final payment (outstanding balance), we will send you the following:
An indemnity form. A signed copy needs to be handed in upon arrival.
Personal Information form to be mailed back at us.
GPS coordinates of The Kammanassie Bush Camp accommodation where you will be hosted.
All relevant information regarding your Camino Walk.
Stargazing evening info.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you must cancel your Camino booking, please be aware that all cancellations and requests must be done in writing and send to: info@kammanassiecamino.co.za

The following refund terms apply:
If less than 5 people have booked 4 weeks before the departure date, the Camino will be cancelled, and payments will be fully refundable or transferable.
50% refund of deposit if cancellation occurs 6 weeks (42 days) or more prior to the booked Camino date.
No refunds if cancellation occurs within the 6 weeks (42 days) prior to a booked Camino date.
No refund for non-arrivals, no shows.
Changes to your confirmed Camino hike may be considered under unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances and depending on logistics and availabilities, we will do our best to accommodate you.

You will be staying in an established fully equipped luxury Bush Camp (Kammanassie Blue Game Reserve) that will also be your basecamp for the Camino period.
Accommodation will be shared; therefor single rooms will not be available.
2 En-suite thatched chalets accommodating 4 people, 2 guests per chalet
3 Double rooms serviced by an outdoor ablution block accommodating 6 people, 2 guests per room
